Terms of service.

1. The owner must drop their dog off for the first visit.

2. Please potty before arriving.

3. Make sure all mats are brushed out to avoid a mat charge and shave down.

4. Bring vet phone number to get verification that all vaccinations are current.

5. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. There is no need to arrive early.

6. There will be a 20% fee per dog for last-minute cancellations and a 40% fee for no-shows.

7. Please allow 48 hrs for any cancellations.

8. No refunds on services rendered.

9. Please book appointments 2-4 days in advance to ensure timely availability.

10. Pickup is preferred within an hour of the finished call.

11. We accept all forms of payment except American Express and checks. All payments with no card present will incur a 15% fee.
